Ioana works as an independent cultural manager and theater producer. In 2019 she founded together with Roxana Crișan, Denisa Niță and Ioana Dadiciu the Association “Cooperativa FIR”, an artistic cooperative dedicated to projects with an impact on society, using art and culture as a search engine for different communities.
